totally awesome resort experience!!!

huge suite best selection amazing pools safe crossing

i stayed in a club lamai suite 1 king and it was HUGE!!! breakfast had the BEST selection from all the hotels i visited on my trip. the pools were amazing, especially edgewater. crossing guards helped everyone cross the road safely!!!

the road you cross to reach the pool is a little busy.

the hotel is near two 7/11 stores and a launderette, super useful! it is also conveniently located between fisherman's village and chaweng, so getting around was really easy because i used grab taxis.

the staff was fantastic and always greeted me by name! the hotel app was a great way to communicate and find out about different activities throughout the day. the team was also very helpful!!!

mixed feelings about my visit

loud air conditioning poor breakfast

The room cleaning was not great. it seemed surface-level only. the air conditioning was also really loud in the room. I had to turn it off at night to sleep. i also found that the breakfast buffet was not that good. it seemed worse than even some four-star hotels i have been to.

the rooms were spacious. clean service was also present.

I could hear my neighbors talking, and they set their alarm for 7am. This woke me up early. i wasn't satisfied with the overcrowded pool area. The sea restaurant tried to charge me twice for one drink.

club suite breakfast selection safe crossing great location

we were a family, so my children were in a club suite. it included half board and we used it daily for lunch. breakfast had a great selection, the best of our vacation. two officers ensured everyone crossed the road to the pools and edgewater safely. the hotel offered an app with activities, and we booked a fire show barbecue, it had an array of food. the location was between fisherman's village and chaweng. we used grab taxis for transport.

the ground floor room was noisy, especially with banging from surrounding rooms all day. it was annoying with jetlag.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including both western and asian dishes, all freshly prepared each morning. Fresh fruit juices and a selection of pastries were also available. edgewater restaurant provided fresh seafood options and thai specialties with indoor and outdoor seating areas. the fire show barbecue presented many choices.

this location provided easy access to both fisherman's village and chaweng. seven elevens and a launderette were located nearby. the hotel had direct beach access across the road, ensuring convenient entry to the beach and nearby water activities. it was easy to find transportation.

the staff fixed a shower door the same day i reported it. officers were always present to help guests cross the road safely. the hotel team ensured our requests were handled quickly.
